The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. It stands out as one of the few pizza shops that does not charge extra for vegan cheese. Their creative vegan pizza menu is enjoyable, even though it may not be authentic wood-fired pizza. It is still totally delicious in its own unique way.

Baked in Elwood offers a wide variety of pizza toppings, ranging from traditional to more unique options like lamb and peaches. The quality of the pizza is excellent, with fresh and flavorful toppings. However, their takeaway service has room for improvement as there have been instances of items being forgotten or incorrect pizzas being sent out. Despite these hiccups, if you do receive the correct order, you will surely enjoy it.

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic and the pizza is delicious! I needed the pizzas by 5pm and the staff did an excellent job making sure they arrived on time. I highly recommend this place!

Ordered Uber eats last night and the food arrived hot and in a very timely manner. Thumbs up for that<br/ <br/ The pizza was pretty good and I'll order they again for sure! Heaps of mushrooms and flavoursome too. The pasta on the other hand was a small serving and was just average. Nothing too special. So I'll be sticking to pizza from now on

We 're regulars for good reasons : . We love Baked in Elwood and call on them whenever we have a crowd to feed. Their ribs are magnificent, the buffalo wings are a real crowd pleaser, and my favourite pizza they make is the 'Cap for Short '. They 're always friendly and deliver quickly even though we 're a couple of suburbs away. We would have ordered from them more than a dozen times and they have always been perfect we have a 'no capsicum ' allergy in our house and they have not forgotten one single time which is an added bonus.
