Loading Dock Bar & Grill - Melbourne

Delicious. Grabbed a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised that the $20 appetizer came with 5 prawns instead of my expectation of 3. The dish was very flavorful and it made for a lovely light meal.

I love this restaurant. The steak and pasta were delicious.

A bit out of the way from the main South Wharf restaurant precinct Loading Dock was the gem where I had lunch. I chose their Ravioli (spinach ricotta along with home made napoli sauce) at $23.50, followed by Panna Cotta with mixed berries at $10.90. The ravioli was moist really enjoyable, served within 15 minutes of ordering one could visibly see the steam rising from it (I dislike mildly warm food). The dessert didn't disappoint either, full of contrasting flavours I loved the unique presentation of the strawberry. Service provision was fantastic by Chantelle, super friendly, chatty polite as well as being efficient when  Loading Dock loses her they'll have lost a great asset. Great all round venue for functions. I recently held a function at Loading Dock for 26 people. They have a great menu with plenty of options at affordable prices to please everybody (salads, pizzas, pastas, steaks, paninis, etc. , the food is presented well and tastes great, the staff were always very helpful and friendly and the venue is fitted out well (although some may find it difficult to find and parking can be a challenge . I had high expectations of this venue which were exceeded and therefore I would not hesitate in holding another function here. Thanks to the team at Loading Dock.

Zomato is disappointing. If a business doesn't pay, they prioritize negative reviews. It's shocking in this day and age, I thought extortion was a thing of the past. LOL.
