This is the second time they have sent a stale pizza. Their IQ is so low that they didn’t even check if it actually looks anything like a pizza after reheating. The cheese smelled like dirty socks and the pizza crust is like crackers.. awful experience, again! Take a look for yourself. The delivery drivers however are great. Five stars for them for delivering our order in this cold.
My order was about 40 minutes late. The app said the order was ready, but it wasn't. It's no good for the app to tell you the order is ready when it doesn't track the pizza. The store owners or corporate have let this store fail. The delivery drivers stand around and are unable or unwilling to help. Meanwhile, the person working the end of the oven was almost in tears telling someone she needs help. She was placing fresh pizzas out on the counter and let them sit there for far too long while searching for other pizzas. This probably wasn't her fault but a problem with how the pizzas were being placed in the oven. The store seems more worried about deliveries than the 5 people standing in the small area in front of the store. No one helped me for at least 5 minutes and then it was a delivery driver who said I'm just a driver and didn't help me and didn't offer to get someone who could help. I don't plan on going back at this time.
Make sure you order over the phone to avoid getting stuck with a door dash driver that takes 20 minutes just to pickup the pizza. I would have picked up had I known they don’t deliver their own pizzas now
Pizza is now an hour late. No explanation, apology, etc about where our pizza is. Simply took my cancellation request and hung up, they couldn’t care less.
