Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe food is not seasoned. I was really expecting more especially because of the menu but I didn’t eat anything I ordered. The chargrilled oysters didn’t have that chargrilled taste, they just slapped some cheese over them. The catfish and the sauce was very bland. For this to be called a New Orleans style restaurant, nothing taste like it. The menu is a really good menu y’all just need to actually season your food.
The servers seem disinterested and it feels like they would prefer to be anywhere else. The food, which used to be excellent, has unfortunately declined and is no longer as good.
This place is total garbage, never seen such bad service. Arrived at 915 to be told we don't have no tables and the kitchen is closed. So rude and unconcerned. Clearly no management in place. Won't step foot ever in this place again. Appeared to be a hangout for people smoking weed and drunks.
It seems that they don’t season any of their dishes, so I suggest bringing your own spices. I spent way too much money for food that wasn’t good or flavorful. On top of that, they automatically add a gratuity for a meal that didn’t even meet my expectations.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I found the food to be just average compared to other options in the area. I ordered the jambalaya, which was well-seasoned, but I was disappointed with the quality of the ingredients. Why would anyone put salad shrimp in jambalaya? The service left a lot to be desired as well—there were no refills, and we had to flag down our server for everything we needed. I suspect the automatic 15% gratuity contributes to this lack of attentiveness. The atmosphere was decent, but it could really benefit from a thorough cleaning.
