I would like to check them, but they took my reservation, we drove all the way over there, just to find out that they were closed......20 minutes drive for nothing. I understand with Covid-19 problems, but do not accept any reservations when they are closed. that's just lazy on managements.
I have booked reservations on this page only to say that they have not accepted reservations in this night....Really....wow what I allowed to book on open table.
Granted, we had a large party of 18 which can be challenging for any restaurant. But Craft Republic was ill-equipped and unprepared to provide adequate service for our group. We had 3 different servers before all was said and done. The 3rd and final server worked his tail off to make up for the mistakes and poor service of his predecessors. In total, we were there over 2.5 hours. Two members of our party (two children) did not receive their food until the very end as they forgot to place their orders. They did comp those orders which was nice. The food was just average but no major complaints about the food- not bad but not great either. We did think it was odd that they were out of ribs on a Saturday late afternoon- definitely a red flag. Ultimately, we all agreed that we would not be returning to Craft Republic if/when we return to the Memphis area in the future.
Food (ie, onion rings; tater tots) has a greasy smell as if the cooking oil needed changing. The burgers came without mustard, mayo or Ketchup in addition to bacon being burnt.
