Went at 2 pm on a Sunday, only a few workers but were friendly, nice and quiet environment.
I'm really impressed with this location! This was my second visit here; the first time, I came with my sisters, and this time, I brought my husband. The manager, Michael Macall, took care of us. I can't express how much he brightened my day, especially since I had been feeling down. My tears turned into smiles, thanks to his wonderful customer service. It's a reminder of how important great customer service is—you never know what someone might be going through. Thank you, Manager Michael, and your fantastic team! The presentation of the food in the photo is beautiful, too.
We had lunch here and were incredibly welcomed by the staff. They truly went above and beyond. The gentleman at the register had a vibrant personality and was extremely kind. If I could hire someone for my business, it would be him! He deserves a raise! He was also really funny! We enjoyed delicious peach iced teas and our food was fantastic. This was by far the best experience we've ever had at McAlister's. We will definitely return and spread the word that this is the best location!
My husband, son, and I visited this restaurant for lunch. The cashier was extremely professional and polite, and he was also training someone. Kudos to him for efficiently managing the line! The other staff members came out from the back and demonstrated excellent teamwork in getting the orders prepared quickly. Well done, everyone! This location is on Poplar and Highland.
