P.f. Chang's - Memphis

If I could give zero stars, I would. On New Year’s Eve I’d set up a dinner date for 8pm. I get there five minutes early thinking that the word “reservation” meant something at this establishment. Unlike other places, it meant nothing. At 8:15, my date and I still hadn’t been seated and were told that we were just waiting in a clean table. We had to STAND near the entranceway due to there being countless other people (with earlier reservations) sitting in the waiting area. At 8:30, we were insulted by the long wait and left. At 8:54, I received a text message saying that my table was ready. Of course, by then I was seated at another restaurant enjoying my dinner. This was my first and last experience with PF Chang’s. The two young hostesses were obviously overwhelmed and were heard stating that they’d accidentally been seating people out of order. Amateur hour. I am very disappointed in this restaurant, and after years of wanting to find the right occasion to pay a visit, this became a nightmare.

We waited to be seated for our reservation for over an hr then it’s took 1.5 hrs to get our food once we ordered.

Hot and sour soup is the best anywhere! Tried the kung pao Brussels which were scrumptious. Shrimp and lobster sauce was ok but prefer more vegetable heavy options. Overall everything was quite good!

We waited for more than 2 hours for our food, Restaurant took priority of the orders online vs the people that were at the restaurant sitting and waiting. There were 5 tables including ours that walked out due to such unprofessional service. I definitely do not recommend this place.

We ended up not eating. Our reservation was for 5:15 and we sat there for an hour and still hadn’t received our food. Then we were told it would be another 5-10 minutes when all the people who were seated at same time as us had eaten and were paying. All of those parties had more people than ours. It was a terrible experience and I’m not sure if I’ll return to that specific one again.
