Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Memphis

This restaurant is a disappointment when it comes to chicken. I ordered the chicken and it was dry, not accompanied by any dipping sauce, and the portions were small. I have had the same meal at a Popeye's in Western Memphis before and it was much better. This place falls short of Popeye's standards. I would recommend avoiding it. This was my first visit since they rebuilt and there has been no improvement.

I usually don't eat fast food, but I was in a rush and Popeyes sounded good. When I walked in, the employees seemed to be annoyed and no one greeted me or the customers behind me. I ordered an appetizer hoping it would be ready quickly, but it was cold and flavorless. The wings were undercooked and I even saw one that looked like it was trying to fly away. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and won't be returning.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Two employees were loitering in front of the entrance door smoking. One appeared to be a manager or shift manager with very dark and unkempt nails. Another man seemed to be an employee with tattered pants and struggling to walk. The service was extremely slow. We decided to drive away as soon as we reached the order speaker and will never return to this place again.

The line was long and the orders came slowly in the dining room. they couldn't tell from the other order because the dame went, I take lunch, and the waiting period was about 25 minutes. I was very upset. the young lady next to me waited as long as I and they gave her a little extra waiting for her. if this is the case, they should have compensated all of us for long wait. Oh, good!

I got an 8 piece chicken tender meal which only came with one side Who only wants one side? So I got mashed potatoes and added a macaroni and cheese (came with 4 biscuits) and then I got a ? for dessert $27 ??‍??‍ but It was good and it lasted me for that nights dinner and lunch the next day. Forgot to take pictures. Only four stars because I wish it wasn’t so freaking expensive
