Great team, friendly and helpful. Ordered Hot Honey wings but they were discontinued and Jason saved the day by calling and giving me other options. Pizza was made well but didn't have very much BBQ sauce on it.
Ordered 18 pc wings and bread sticks. Wings were tough and very little BQ sauce on them. I'm so disappointed. We've always had really good luck with your wings.
After spending 20 mins trying to get the online system working and our payment to go through we decided to call because we figured maybe their system was down. After waiting on hold the lady on the other end was rude as all get out and hung up on us before we could place our order. I have not used this pizza joint before but I will never use it now. I have never been so disappointed with the customer service at a place. If I was their management I would relieve that employee of their position or you will be losing lots of clients!
Delivered a fully incorrect order. Now will have to wait over an hour for them to bring me the correct one. Paid $60 and a 30% tip for really terrible service.
