Mcdonald's - Merriam

This McDonald’s claims to be open 24/7 but if you come after a certain time of night they claim that their system is down and they only are accepting cash. This has happened to me 3x at this location. Sounds like someone is skimming off the top or they just don’t want to serve customers.

Made a mobile order after work, money withdrawn from my account for the order. Arrive in the drive-thru but SURPRISE! They can't make my order because they accept cash only. At 1 am. And the guy working 10 mins ago is clearly so messed up he should be in bed asleep not at work. So now I have no food and they charged my account. What is going on at this location??

This place is a joke don’t go here if you use the app because they are always down for some reason. I couldn’t eat tonight thanks to them!

Horrible food dirty lobby food took forever to get to us. Fries were cold from sitting on the counter for 10 min.

This place is obsessed with moving you away from there window. You can pull up for a drink, they will move to slot 17. They’ll bring it to you as quick as they can. This McDonald’s is the worst! Travel the extra mile for a decent McDonald’s.
