Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAn hour late delivery, poor cold pizza, box was wet and squashed, made a call of complaint and reason why to was, supposedly Gabrielle was a manager acting like she was a know it all, once challenged by complaint and next minute she lost her brain and said she wasn’t manager and Abdul is but apparently she’s a manager somewhere in her mind. Refused to pass my call to a person in charge. Outcome of reason her response I have no idea I just started my shift, nothing I can do about it. Avoid place at all cost. Standards have become so disgusting in this branch, such a shame to have people like this representing this branch and putting the company down. By all the views on google and here not surprised this ain’t the first to complain about same issue. I have taken this complaint further to head office and customer care. Date, time and person Gabrielle has been noted to them. Such rude, miserable, disgusting staff and definitely poor lack of intelligence.
This is my second time receiving an order from Morden Pizza Hut better than the first for sure. The order arrived at a reasonably close time to what we’d requested, was hot and everything was correctly provided.
Ordered online for home delivery spent over £60 took money from account but crashed the order so no food as it was 9.15 pm there apparently was nothing anyone could do couldn’t afford to reorder manager lied and said customer services was open 24 hours when in fact closed at 10 customer services lied and said no manager to speak to as managers finish at 10 and only operate call back services sorry but a manager has to lock up and at that time of night common sense and a bit of discretion wouldn’t go amiss was told nothing could be done and money would bounce back and to call the bank yep I’m sure banks are open at 10 pm on a Friday night NOT so 10.20pm on phone to manager at the shop and offered to go down to prove payment but no still no interest little tip if you are closing at 11 you could of used managers discretion to offer us at least a couple of complimentary pizzas . So called customer services again this morning note I’m doing the running around not them doing any apologising to be told money will go back in but no compensation or ruining an evening as it was a crashed order and I will get a call back before 6 this evening still no apology and now have to wait up to 8 hours for a call back your customer service stinks and yes I know worst things in the world but now principle I was lied to by your staff and treated badly if this is your policy then you should be ashamed
Ordered our first ever take away tonight and was disappointed as it was quite burnt. Crusts were very tough.
Absolutely disgusting! Found long black hairs in pizza. Made me vomit and sick for rest of night. Don’t they wear protective clothing?!
