Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe went to the Sassys on Main St. It was a long drive for us but I told my husband it was really good. I was surprised at how run down it was, definitely in need of a makeover. My husbands hot food came out first. Ten minutes later my food still has not come out. I talk to the guy at the counter. He goes into the kitchen and comes out and says it should be right up. Ten minutes later still no food. I look into the kitchen and do not see my order. The guy goes back in the kitchen and asks me again what I had ordered. The order is put back in again. It has now been 30 minutes since my husbands food was served. My order finally came. On the positive side. The guy at the counter was trying hard to be nice and the food was yummy. He did also offer me a free baked good.
I came here after hearing about the cinnamon rolls. I got one of them for my boyfriend and I also got 6 cupcakes. I loved the unique and fun cupcake flavors. Especially the cookie dough. All of the flavors were tasty and well made. I think it would be great if there was a discounted price for packs of cupcakes. I've seen this at most other places and while the treats were really good I had sticker shock when paying for them. Needless to say, it was a special treat and they're lasting me a long while. The food menu looked really tasty as well. I may have to come back for some brunch items soon.
We eat here almost weekly. Love the burger option (need it added to the online menu). Love the breakfast foods. My kids love the colorful sugar cookies. Quality delicious food. Very friendly staff. The place is always busy when we are there. Grateful to have one close by.
This bakery is a place you need to try, especially if you're a fan of desserts and all things Food Network. They were in the Holiday Baking Championship on the Food Network. What's good there? I tried the chocolate covered cheesecake. It was sweet and delicious. The chocolate was drizzled over it. The mint chocolate brownie was really good. We ordered a couple of s'mores brownies, those were liked. We didn't order whole cakes, but what we saw on display looked great. What could use improvement: the piña colada cupcake was a little bit of a disappointment because it was dry, small, and it was $4. We were told they don't always have them. The men's bathroom looked really nice with the paint, flooring, fixtures, etc, but they were out of TP, and the urinal was broken. It was pretty, but functionally, it needed just a little work. The staff should be trained to advise that if you are ordering 8 things, you should just order 12 because we found out after we ordered our 8 things and went back and order more that we wasted $12 because we weren't told about the discount at 12 items, and we got someone else taking the order the 2nd time. What we didn't try: we didn't try their breakfast, unfortunately, so I can't critique the food. We also didn't try any of their cookies or pies.
Delicious food. Fabulous service. The best bakery too! Our family loves Sassy's Cafe.
