Starbucks Coffee - Mesa

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Starbucks today at 1 PM on September 6, 2023. The young girl behind the counter seemed more focused on her phone than on engaging in a conversation with me. She only nodded in response, showing little interest and giving me the impression that her phone was more important than assisting customers. The cafe was empty at the time, which made her lack of professionalism even more noticeable. I believe it's essential for young workers to understand the importance of humility and customer service if they want to succeed in their jobs.

Please do not waste your going to this location. The older lady that’s always there looks like she hates her job. They never make your order correct and it tastes absolutely disgusting. I just ordered a coffee from here and it hurt my stomach within minutes. I Do not recommend.

Why does this Starbucks location even exist?! Showed up around 7:30 AM looking to get a drink and purchase a Starbucks mug/tumbler. The drive thru was blocked off and closed. Went to the door, only to find the lights turned off and the door locked. Per the hand written sign taped to the window, they should have been open, yet they were closed. There were multiple other customers driving around trying to get to the drive thru and get to the door of the store, but everyone left because they were closed! ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to own an automobile to be a customer. Guess they changed their views on social justice complete hypocrites ! I went a light down and got Black Rock.
