Starbucks Coffee - Mesa

I love all of the ladies that I work at this coffee shop! They are always ready for me when I come in bright and early and they always make my coffee perfect!

The line has not been too bad the times I've come here. I think it's because at this plaza- rather- everyone flocks to In and Out Burger so not much of a crowd here. There is plenty of parking outside so you can sit in your car too to enjoy your coffee. The drive through line is quick and efficient. The lady working there that I ordered from was very friendly and just had a genuine smile on her face and really showed she cared about their customers. Their beverage temperature here is Goldilock's good too- just right. It's not too hot and not too cool. They also double up on their cups if needed so you don't scald your hand holding the cup. Great service and good quality! :

This Starbucks boasts some of the friendliest staff you'll find anywhere. Throughout the pandemic, the drive-thru cashiers and window attendants have consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service. Many companies could learn a thing or two from them about what good customer service really means. It's clear that their training comes from a capable manager, as these amazing employees genuinely seem to care about their customers. While the quality of the products is impressive on its own, this location truly stands out thanks to its high-quality staff!

This is an excellent Starbucks, ranking among the top 10 in the Phoenix-Mesa area. Although it's smaller than the average location, it boasts a fantastic barista team, especially Adam and Ethan. They consistently get my order right, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Plus, their extended hours from 4:30 AM to 9 PM are a bonus. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

We came through for a free birthday drink, the day after my fiancée’s birthday. Old policy was a free drink redeemable within a month. New policy is the day of. We missed the day. But the Manager/Barista whom assisted us, Derek, still honored the previous special! He even recommended a great place for birthday dinner! This is one of the many reasons we go out of our way to come to this particular Starbucks. We’ve had issues with other storefronts, but literally zero with this one. They always go above and beyond, even during peak hours. Thank you SO much, Derek. You made her day!
