Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and unfortunately it has severely declined in quality of cleanliness and appearance. When we went to our room we immediately noticed the buildup of dust on all of the furniture. I always wipe down everything in the room with Clorox wipes and in doing so on numerous pieces of furniture items an unknown yellow substance came off onto the wipes. We had a balcony room. There were bird feces ALL over the patio including the patio chairs and table they were filthy with bird poop and to dirty use to enjoy the pool view which we paid extra for. There was a lot of bird feces on the property including all of the pool furniture it was gross. The grossest thing was asking a housekeeping lady for extra hand towels and washcloths and she gave them to me with rubber gloves on that she was wearing in a guest bathroom while scrubbing a dirty toilet and sent me back to my room with them to use!!! We checked out early and went home.
Hotel and room was very clean. All employees we encountered were very nice and the property has a nice pool. Food in the restaurant was good, however, the buffet breakfast could have been more robust.
Hotel is fine. Customer service sucks. I was charged twice, one correct amount. Called hotel and Marriott, was told they would solve it. But over a month now, no update. Very disappointed on the customer service.

Do not stay at this hotel! We were there for a Cubs spring training game, so the location is perfect! But that is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. We checked in around 9:00 pm. We were told that we may or may not get housekeeping service during our stay. Hmmmmm…..not a good start. Went to Stats bar for drinks and food. We weren’t able to get food at that time and the bar staff was obviously inconvenienced by us wanting a drink or two. Horrible customer service. That night we could not get our room to cool and slept horribly due to our room being so hot! Notified the front desk the next day and we were moved to a different room on a different floor. Moved our stuff and found our new room was not much better. The safe didn’t work, the bathroom sink was obviously plugged and was VERY slow to drain, the curtain was ripped, the shower was dirty (mold), the makeup light in bathroom didn’t work, almost every tile on the bathroom floor was loose, as well as a few entryway tiles, one of the nightstand lamps didn’t work, only one elevator was operating for the very busy weekend, the pool was not maintained (trash overflowing), and if you wanted a pool towel you had to go to the front desk (and wait in line). On our last night we tried again to get a few drinks at Stats bar, only to be met with horrible service once again, and it wasn’t even busy. For the rate we paid, we definitely expected a lot more; at a minimum to just have everything work! Extremely poor maintenance and understaffed. And the staff who do work there do not care! Will not stay here again.
