I'm sorry to give this negative review because I've always found the pizza good and I've always come to pick it up in person to save them a delivery. This time, however, having a friend at home invited specifically to let him taste your pizza, I kindly asked if they made deliveries and I was asked when I wanted them. As a non-demanding person, I said when you want as soon as possible and I was told 7.39pm to 9pm. I also reluctantly accepted because I understand that deliveries can add up and I'm happy with 9pm. Despite this it was 9.15pm and I didn't call because 10 minutes or 15 minutes late I understand. I called to make sure if the order had been sent and I was told that the boy was making a delivery before mine which he then returned and then came and I asked if a lot of time had passed and I was told no. The fact is I call 9.47pm now dead of hunger and exhausted with a lot of bad looks with my friend invited specially and I am told that he hadn't left yet, they pass me a boy and he says tell me... but tell me wow??? He tells me you're right that I can do it for you and I tell him cancel everything because I'm going to bed. I get a call at 9.55pm and I obviously don't answer also because there was no respect towards me nor any apologies or remedies, so now in bed I decide not to answer. The calls persist, I answer and I am told that I did not answer the boy and that the boy had come. So I have to give you the review, I didn't want to but you forced me. I call and you tell me that he hasn't come back yet and then you tell me that I don't answer when after an hour I call you to cancel and you tell me at 10.15pm but so you don't want them anymore??! I'm sorry because I felt comfortable, I was a recent customer but I chose you every Sunday. I will not order again because customer respect comes first. The problem may exist but you have a number let us know. And don't say yes if you can't respect the timetable. I repeat, I'll give you 20 minutes late but at 10pm I'll go and go to bed. At least make up an excuse and feel a little sorry because it seems like you don't care. Yes there were only two pizzas but you lost customer continuity. Expect .
