Kc's Doughnuts - Metairie

This place is amazing. As soon as you walk in the door the aromas take over. Smells so sweet and of fresh dough. I love the Boston Crème donut. The Bavarian crème is so smooth with a light sweetness that mellows the chocolate Grenache perfectly. They have a wide variety of donuts etc, something for everyone. They also have savory items that are great anytime of the day. I bought the boudin stuffed in pastry for a brunch I had and everyone enjoyed them. Fresh is the word here.

Employees at the counter are very nice. The old guy in the back frying the do-nuts can be a loud a hole. Do-nuts are good, Not a big variety right now, but when road construction is done, I hope to visit there more often

Wow! If you haven’t tried their Bagels you are really missing out. The strawberry doughnuts are exceptional. Nice people that go out of their way to please you.

This place is fantastic! They have great apple fritters! I've now been 4 times, and gotten several different mixes of donuts and they have all been very good. Very fresh in the morning when I went each time!

With the other two donut shops closing down in this area I decided to try KC place on David Drive and I must say that I enjoyed the taste of everything (I brought one of everything) and was very impressed that the apple fritter had real apples in it which you don't find anymore You should go try it out yourself you will not be disappointed they do close early but it's worth going when they are open I will be going back
