Pinecrest Bakery Miami Beach

I really like this bakery. Their Café con leche is excellent, and all of the pastries are just as delicious. The service is generally quite good, and the staff is friendly. It has the classic Cuban bakery vibe that you find in Miami—not trendy, but it's clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that they don't offer any non-dairy or lactose-free options. Since I can't have milk anymore, it's disappointing that I can't enjoy a café con leche like I used to.

The absolutely best and strongest coffee in miami. very eclectic and diverse customers are always greeted by very consistent employees who remember that they order after the first visit. absolute dear, this is 24/7. we love pinecrest bakery! the south beach would not be the same without it.

I come here from comfort. It's close to my job. Regardless of whether you are the only one there or whether the place is packed, they move without urgency. A lady on the other day in the register was so fresh and even asked me about a tip???? I even type with bad service, but do you really want to show a rat on me? That's how bad I had Karen in my head. Who takes responsibility and adapts management here? I just gave my food 50 minutes too late. No excuse or nothing.

My favorite spot for breakfast! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they serve the best cortadito in town! The customer service is excellent. The ladies are wonderful and very sweet. Kid-friendly: I often see children choosing their favorite pastries, and the staff is always patient with them. Parking is convenient too; I can park right in front of the door!

During my lunch break on Saturday, I ordered two pastelitos for a total of $4.85. I paid with my card and went about my day. Later, I checked my statement and saw that I had been charged an additional $10. After work, I returned to ask about it, but without my receipt, they were unable to assist me and suggested I come back on Monday to talk to the manager or the person who served me. Fortunately, I found my receipt, which revealed that an unauthorized $10 gratuity had been added to my $4.85 bill! I was furious. The staff was unwelcoming and seemed quite irritated during my initial visit. I returned on Monday to speak with the manager, who was understanding and helpful and processed a refund for me. However, I won't be returning to this bakery. A quick glance at their reviews shows they don't even have a 4-star rating. Perhaps if they focused more on hospitality, they might earn a tip instead of imposing one on customers.
