The At W South Beach - Miami Beach

We came to grab a quick dinner after a long day. Wow. Exceeded our expectations on all counts. Crab panzanella salad was sublime. Cod special and pear angelotti were both delicious. So happy we choose this special place

Always nice. Last night a new server was chatting with guests at another table and ignoring my table. Happily a senior waiter I know took over and made up for the inattentive new junior waiter.

Service was nice, but food was boring. $25 for a Chicken Caesar at lunch that didn’t taste like anything. The dressing had no flavor, not even salt or hint of seasoning at all. The appetizer bread with chimichurri had more flavor than the meal. For dinner, Orange Glazed Sea Bass left little to be desired. Only thing we enjoyed was the Brasato di Manzo (Slow Braised Beef Shortrib). It was good. We had reservations for all three nights of our stay. However, we cancelled the rest after the first day and chose local restaurants instead.

Great service by David and great food. We really enjoyed our time. This is by far the best restaurant in Miami.
