We are out”. Mind you the sign is written in yellow highlighter and I’m about 2-3 ft away sitting in my car. I had to take a photo and zoom in to see what he was talking about. Will not be back
The worst service of any Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. How this place hasn’t shut down is beyond me. The customer service is non existent here. Do not get the coffee. I was here for 15 minutes waiting while people stood around and watched us waiting. If it weren’t for the donuts I promised to take I would have left.
As a newer Krispy Kreme that I’ve never been to before it was very clean. It was cool that they had the window to watch the entire process of donut making and selecting, like many locations do. However this one employee... she was entirely out of pocket and completely disrespectful for no reason. There was no line behind us and she kept sucking her teeth, rushing us and popping an attitude with my wife, mother and uncle. Even rushing my 8 year old and 4 year old. She’s extremely lucky that my family was in a good mood cuz they tend to hurt feelings and cuss people out, meeting them where they’re at. And I’m not gonna lie- she deserved it. She was the caucasian employee with the green or blue hair. Everyone else was nice. She did ruin it tho. Oh Donuts were fire and fresh since we came when the red light was on.
Staff was very rude. I was trying to ask about a reward that I had for a free dozen. Supposedly it wasn’t there anymore so it wasn’t showing up. The manager came to the window and explained the same thing so i canceled the transaction. Then as I drove off, she worded “waste of my time”. Usually I wouldn’t complain but I think customer service is very important to a business and that is not how you treat a customer. Especially if they’re being polite to you.
Service: Food: Ambiance: I visit this store often and it does not get any better. Rude customer service, lack of energy you can see it since the moment you walk in. They are waiting for their shift to be over……. Free parking and they have a drive-through as well.
