The Creek Grill - Midland

We had the opportunity to find this hidden gem in the Bullock Creek area, just outside of Midland. The Creek Grill is a nice little restaurant that is locally ran, with most of the recipes being conceptualized and prepared in house. Prior to being seated we were greeted by the manager with, Hello Friends! , and quickly that is how we felt. you are brought into the dining area, which is a mix of low and high-top seating. There are tv 's in each area, and a fireplace by the bar. All of our interactions with the staff were outstanding and the care that they put into the guest experience is wonderful. As always, I presented my chef 's allergy card to our AMAZING waitress, and she presented it to the chef. I was planning only have a bacon, cheeseburger, so all was well. However, when choosing a side, there was little option for my allium allergy. I did express that I have eaten fries from other restaurants before, but the chef expressed his concern and that is something that I will always respect. So, since all of the dinner sides are prepared in the same fryer, this limited me choosing a side with my burger. That being said, the burger was very good and quite filling alone. My wife, based on the glowing recommendation of our waitress, had the Brisket Mac Cheese. O!M!G! This plate came out and looked wonderful. Accompanied by two pieces of crostini garlic bread and fried potato balls, she found it very delicious. Then, desert was ordered. Both of our choices are normally served a la mode, but we both elected to not have the ice cream. The cream cheese filled churros with the blondie sauce and my wife had the butter pecan cake. They were a pleasant finish to our meals. This place is a must try. We will definitely dine there again.

This spot has been our go-to since we moved to the area. This past September we decided to have them cater our wedding. So glad we did! Very professional. The food was amazing and the setup looked wonderful. Our guests were more than satisfied! We definitely would recommend The Creek to anyone who has questions. Thank you again, and we look forward to our next visit.

Very busy place and can be noisy. The service was good and the food is yummy. Update, my friend and I just went there for dinner and she had the shrimp and I had the smothered chicken. Both were very good and we had a wonderful waitress. The food is still good and it only got noisy for just a bit. Would recommend checking it out.

Absolutely delicious food and excellent service. The entire experience was absolutely perfect.
