As soon as I even mentioned Celiac disease, your employee immediately pulled his gloves, washes his hands and arms and put clean gloves. Their whole line changed gloves and were very careful not to touch anything with wheat or gluten. I'll be back. I appreciate the knowledge and how to treat gluten-free. Thank you.
Typical Costa here. Like 7 people working but only 1 waiting on customers. Wasn't an issue and the food was pretty decent. Photos are of aftermath.
Salads consistently taste better here. Staff are friendly. Manager Alan goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is top-notch. Really deserves at least five stars. They are great
I ordered the steak burrito with extra meat. It was phenomenal. I tend to eat a lot with people from my work. I always love Costa Vida. The food tastes fresher and more authentic than some of the other similar restaurants. The staff is always super friendly and restaurants are clean. Great experience every time.
Dining here is always a pleasure, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I placed an online order today with the expectation that it would be ready in about 20 minutes. However, when I arrived right on time, my food wasn't ready. They apologized and explained that they were pretty busy at the moment. They even showered me with complimentary items as a gesture of goodwill. It felt like they were going above and beyond, almost as if they were cleaning my house with their generosity! Every business has its off days, but it's how they handle those situations that matters. Great job, everyone!
