The service took a total 180, people actually seem friendly now and the orders are correct. The coffee being made properly should bea minimum expectation, this time it gets an extra star above the expectation because the minimum expectation before was thatyou'd get coffee...if it was made right it was the exception. Thanks for improving, keep it up!
I waited over 10 mins in the Drive Thru for someone to answer the microphone. No one e answered me so I pulled up to the service window. While young adult workers were mingling inside chatting with each other. I asked if the microphone wasn 't working? Afemale worker responded by saying Oh its his first day ,he 'll be with you ! He has to learn. 5 mins later he took my order. 7mins mins later he gave me my order. At this time I checked my order. The 1st tea was incorrect. The 2nd was overfilled and veryhot and the lid was not on tight. I asked my order be corrected. Then another customer was behind me yelling at me for myserver 's stupidity. I went inside to retrieve my corrected order. As I waited the workers were very unattentive and ignorant. Iwaited over 40 mins for my teas. While these workers were playing,joking and on their phones!
The coffee was excellent and tasted fresh, and the service was pleasant. I visited for an interview, and the manager was very friendly. The location is convenient, right by public transport.
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. This morning at 7 AM, I ordered a small coffee that was supposed to cost $2.19. After getting my coffee and heading home, I checked my bank statement and discovered that Dunkin' charged me $9 instead. I contacted my bank, and they informed me that this is considered fraud. I reported the incident, explaining that Dunkin' overcharged me.
The food was good, but the past month has been terrible. I'm currently sitting in the drive-thru line writing this review, and I've been waiting for 23 minutes. This happened the last time I was here too. The prices have increased, but the service has declined... what happened!?
