Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe also ordered the seafood platter, but most of the items served were frozen. It was evident that the meatballs were the pre-made ones from Costco, and yes, they were also frozen. We ended up spending about $89 before tipping, and frankly, it felt like a waste. Nevertheless, we left a tip because we believe in being courteous. We hope the restaurant improves, but we’re hesitant to return, as we don’t want to risk wasting another $100.
Excellent value for the all-you-can-eat option, featuring an impressive variety on the menu! The staff was extremely attentive—I didn't have to ask for water even once! Plus, they're offering a special for June: all appetizers are free with the all-you-can-eat deal.
This was my first experience enjoying all-you-can-eat Shabu-shabu at Shabu.come, and it did not disappoint! There are 46 different food options, and the flavor of the Shabu is excellent. Additionally, they offer customers complimentary snow Hawaii iced tea, snow beer, snow wine, and snow cream. Ami served me a cup of vanilla snow cream, and it was incredibly smooth and delicious!
We quickly ordered our broths, two portions of ribeye, and one portion of pork. Unfortunately, the table-side tablet for ordering sides was out of service, so she listed all the sides and canned drinks that would be available on the rotating conveyor belt for us to grab. However, the canned soda was warm, and they did not provide cups with ice. Additionally, only half of the sides listed on the menu were brought out. During our visit, the restaurant was only half full, and the kitchen was open to view. While we were there, I noticed one of the cooks texting on her phone for quite a while. Then, a man walked into the kitchen, did not wash his hands, put on gloves, and started working. We waited until we were halfway through our meal before we received our meat, which was missing one order. It was only after my husband raised his voice to the kitchen inquiring about our order that we finally got the rest of our meat. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and we will not be returning to this restaurant.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. You pay $38 for an all-you-can-eat option, but there are hardly any vegetables and just the same 3 or 4 choices on the food train. There were flies all over the food, and it took forever to get my noodles. They couldn't even tell me what the different meats were. The service was incredibly slow, and I left feeling so disappointed that we didn't even get our money's worth from the all-you-can-eat deal. The quality of the food was subpar; the broths were bland and lacked flavor. I really feel like we wasted our money here—Hawaii Pot is definitely a better choice.
