Every time we go to this Hungry Jacks we always have an issue. Between missing items, no following to remove items off the burger quality its becoming a real issues. Not worth a stop by, it keeps going down hill consistently.
Brought my elderly disabled dad to this Hungry Jacks because he loves their burgers. I ordered using the phone app and collected the order in store. My dad then showed his seniors card, hoping for a coffee but the person who appeared to be the manager there rejected his request saying that coffee can only be given to seniors if they order over the counter!!! I'm very surprised because I thought Hungry Jacks is trying to encourage people to use their app??? Also this shows a ver bad light in their treatment of this senior. It was ard 7.30pm and there was no queue in this restaurant and only one other person eating there. My dad was disappointed and would likely caution his senior group about this policy of Hungry Jacks. Just a few days earlier we were at MacDonald's and they gave him his seniors coffee with no hesitation and a smile even. The service is better at MacDonald's.
Play area for kids can be better. I was here last week. It's unfortunate when one employees ruins the reputation of a famous fast food restaurant. I ordered for grilled chicken burger and I was given a dry patties. An old patties, just warmed up and served. It wasn't juicy and succulent like how it usually tastes. If I'm ever served such food again. I'll make sure to take a pic and post a review. 22 10 2018 : I ordered a grilled chicken burger via drive thru. Firstly, they got the order wrong. They charged me for 3 burgers when I ordered only one. This was inbetween 6:00 6:15pm. If Hungry Jack's can listen to the order recordings. Please do. Again I was given a dry patties. This is not right, you cannot serve such food to customers. It was dry, not juicy and chewy. Previously, when I have feedback in Hungry Jack's app. I thought the manager will call and apologise. But I didn't receive any call and you guys repeated it. This time I have pics and video. I'm going to look deeper into how to escalate this complaint coz clearely you don't care how you treat your customers.
Never had a correct meal from this store. My most recent meal I had delivered via UberEats. No lettuce, no tomato. Definitely ignored the order. Also got a flat white. Received a long black. I don’t know if I’m ordering from an alternative universe or not at this point. Feeling absolutely gas lighted. Just get the order right. Or hire some children with better reading comprehension.
