I have three things. Spicy beef noodle soup, beef pancakes and spicy winton. The noodles had a chewing texture, but they bite through. My base noodle is Qq noodles and this is not so good, but deserves an honourable mention. Spicy wonton makes a good alternative compared to din tai fung's. Beef pancakes had several flavor profiles that were my favorite. They put plum sauce in Hoisin with onions and cucumbers. Solid pancake roll. Great pancake texture. It is worth tasting their Dan dan noodles.
