Contribuir a la retroalimentación2 big Macs a lg fry and a soda ordered. Had to continue and wait between 5-10 minutes. The line to wait for food was long, but no line to order. They had a couple of employees who ran food. That definitely didn't feel good with Kovid. The person who brought the food had a mask, but wore it under his chin and became really close in the window of my vehicle when she gave the food. None of the foods was hot after waiting for it. No good decision to stop at this point.
Dry and disappointing. 20 minutes after the order waited at 1:35 a.m. when it was not a top hours. Nuggets were extremely dry as if they could have been sitting around in a warmer round for a while.
Inside was open. You have to enter through 1 door leave out the other. Had no signs up to let you know that than they were slow once i did finally get in plus management was rude to her own team, she was all over the place. Never again
The Health Dept needs to close this location down but because it is in the Africa American community..:. They don?t care.... They add need to be out of office also. Feed that shut yo your kids n family....... then you will have a different perspective. GTFOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Should of took my money to Pastry shop... but don?t worry bout it .. I will this evening ::y?all suck......
Okay. It seems the times that I have come here for a Hot Caramel Mocha I'm told that the machine is broke then when I get to the window the server tells me that no one there really don't know how to make them. This day I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes then was told to pull up waited another 5 minutes no napkin and no ketchup packets that I asked for. Mind you it was lunch time.
