Service is terrible to non-existent. Only two customers in the entire restaurant. Waited over ten minutes just to be seated, while the bartender and waitress just looked at us.Not one staffer even spoke to us the entire time!!! We walked out, never to return.

We gambled on the jerk cheese curds and won! pleasantly surprised. they must hand make them. gooey bites with a little, not too much, jerk flavor. Our entrees were satisfying enough that I'll likely be back to sample some of the other menu items. Pretty big menu with lots of specialty items that I haven't seen on a lot of other Jamaican menus. Good selection of sides. Unfortunately they were out of coconut mashed potatoes but that sounds delicious.Service wasn't very attentive. Had to wave them down pretty hard to get a drink. Even though we sat at the bar and there was no other people in there for about the first hour and several employees milling around.One pet peeve is that they charge an automatic gratuity without mentioning it on the menu. Unless I missed it. But I'm pretty sure I read that thing cover to cover because I was interested in what they had to offer being my first time there. Unfortunately, my friend added a generous tip because she missed it on the credit card receipt. I'm glad I read the receipt because this is the second place in the neighborhood this week that has happened to me at. Considering that I was planning on leaving a good tip, even though the service wasn't that great, it's a bit insulting to not have the policy explained before ordering. Perhaps they have a sign up somewhere? Maybe that's why the service is poor because they don't have to work for tips. Hard to sayIt's a pretty large place with a bar, lots of seating, a lounge area and what looks like a dance floor in the back

Please ask customer if they want spicy or mild ,my boyfriend bought food Feb 16 and I brought it for him date unknown 2weeks ago he likes very spicy foodI understand u have to accommodate others however they need to know if u go to Jamaica the food is spicy this the ethnicity ,same going Mexico ??

Idk why people said this place is soOoo good. Really really bland. Dry no flavor. I’ve tried 4 different restaurants for Oxtail and this was probably on the very bottom. Was not satisfied. Probably will Never order from here again. Location is SUPER ghetto at night. Portion size was way smaller than all the other restaurants I’ve tried. The rice portion was an ice cream scoop size and the cabbage was very dry and no flavor. I tend to love eating the cabbage but not this one. It was hard for me to swallow. Pretty much felt like I ate raw cabbage because it was so dry!
