Trappers Ii Pizza Pub - Minoa

My name is Jean (Harley) and I am a regular customer at Trappers II. I absolutely love the service and enjoy the food. I must disagree with recent negative comments about the food and service. Perhaps it was just a bad day for some of the reviewers? I believe that some of the comments may be vindictive or exaggerated. It is important to have patience when at any bar for food or drinks, rather than immediately resorting to posting negative reviews. Service is not just about individual preferences. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, it is important to be constructive and fair in our criticisms. I have a great appreciation for the staff at Trappers II.

If you enjoy waiting at the bar while others are served before you, then this is the perfect place for you. I did eventually get a drink, but I don't think I'll risk trying my luck again.

Today, my daughter and her boyfriend brought me to this restaurant. OMG!!!! They serve one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted!!! The atmosphere and staff were wonderful as well. I'm just upset that I live in Auburn, and this restaurant is so far away!!!! But I will definitely be returning!!!!!!

FANTASTIC !! Chicken bacon ranch, on a garlic base didn't stand a chance !! Tuesday afternoon, met my son there, some pizza for the first day of high school !! It struck me that I've been here so many times before, and haven't checked in..... Outdoor sports, great food selection, trivia...... and very family friendly !! Say hi to Sam, at the bar !! She's awesome!!

Edit: The owner was quick to recitfy the situation and upon our next visit we had a much better experience. We just moved to the area, this was our first visit to Trappers and we're not very happy. We ordered a large pizza and were told it'd be about a35 minute wait. When we came back the cashier searched the computer and the pizzas waiting and couldn't find our order. I gaveher the receipt and she searched again and then asked the pizza makers about it. They came to the conclusion that the pizzahadn't even been made yet. So we waited another half an hour without being offered anything out of courtesy for the issues (afree drink, even, would have been a nice offer after having to wait an hour). Crossing this off our list of places to eat, weprobably won't be coming back.
