I'd love to blame the staff, but they are just overworked, underpaid and under appreciated.Today I spent $9.90 on a horrible drink. Normally I would complain, but the barista who made it seemed absolutely miserable. I chose to use their online chat feature and that's even worse. Apparently they can't refund someone unless they use their loyalty app, but ultimately I should have pointed out the error to the barista so this was all my fault?Ask yourself why you're paying so much to stand in a filthy store, waiting to pay through the nose, then waiting for a **** poorly made drink from someone who wishes you weren't there.At least the prices at Dunkin Donuts reflects the experience.
The baristas were HUSTLING this morning! They were flying through orders. It was busy and they were doing a great job!
Severely understaffed. they always have a line out the door and a huge line in the drive thru. coffee is good but it’s almost not worth the wait at all.
This is my favorite stop each morning ? wish they would have a local discount option for regulars. Dietary restrictions: Vegan and Vegetarian Options
I ordered a venti they gave me a grande. I was charged for a Venti drink messed up my drinks multiple times. ?
