Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI was an aficionado by Chipotle Mexican Grill on the same day they opened their doors in the early 2000s and have since been a loyal fan. Although I could never complain about their food quality or employees, their corporate philosophy has left a bad taste in the aggregated mouth of my friends and me. First of all, Chipotle holds high decibel music and subzero room temperatures for the sole purpose of blunt conversation with the intended effect of turning tables quickly. You owe me less for such hard criticism, the approach was the rationality of me and my little group after the indication of the manager that a less deaf volume and ice temperature would be appreciated for the short time of our visit. Your answer was smart and absolute. If it were done to her, she would do something, but her senior hands were bound by corporate regulations. The operating, necessary environments for Chipotle customers were cold and loud. After closing our collective claws we ended our savory burritos (in dutiful Breakneck speed) and agreed that Chipotle was not the kind of group-friendly restaurant that had neither sung nor desired our future patronage. We haven't changed to Chipotle since as a group. I continued to visit Chipotle, but only with my teenage son who loves it loud and frigid. To tell who, Chipotle doesn't know the target market...? With this background in the eye... two Madres come together. Great. A chipotle cockoff, right? Not quite. Not by a long shot. Yes, the design/layout and regimes of Two Madres is an almost identical reproduction of Chipotle. Regardless of this, these were the comparative ones. Apart from the initial environs, the contrast between the complete dining areas could not be stronger. For me and my Homies (currently number eleven), Two Madres is the clear winner, manos down. Variety for variety love is Legion and is usually a Harbinger of low-quality tariff, not to mention the waste of money invested on Tenet improvements. Two Madres is the exception. They are exceptionally served with flair and taste. How about Gilled Ananas Salsa? Fiesta rice! Hibiscus Citrus or Honey Pomegranate Vinaigrette!! A selection of nuts, seven delicious salsas, rotisserie chicken, from this world, delicate garlic lime steak, mild ono fish and crispy mixed vegetables! It's just the beginning! Even their chips are exceptional! Wait until you sit down and take your first bite. Not only will you ask yourself why someone has not thought of offering such phenomenal choices before, you will plan what you are trying on your next visit. Two Madres is remarkably good. As for temperature and volume, the room was comfortable, the music was controversial, and the mail order service (which does not exist at Chipotle) is contemporary, well maintained and real. When food and service is this excellent, it is a shame that Yelp's review is limited to five stars.
The concept is very similar to Chipotle, where you go down the assembly line and create your bowl/Burrito/Salad/whatever. I like how fresh everything tastes and they have different ingredients as chipotle. I live in this area, and I wish they would offer vouchers or discounts. It is a little expensive, and I wish they would offer smaller portions than reduced price, or a daily combination / special, etc.
