Coco Fresh Tea Juice - Mississauga

Rude staffs. I ALWAYS order the same drink, so I already know what to expect, but my drink tasted wrong (too bitter not enough brown sugar). So I apologized and asked in the nicest way possible if I could get a remake as my drink didn’t taste right. But the girl with the black glasses and the supervisor were so rude. Supervisor asked me to pay $1 to get a remake, when I offered to pay through card, I could hear the girl (black eyeglasses) asking supervisor how to charge the $1, but in the end they asked me to pay cash. (they probably put it in the tip jar, since it’s not on the system LOL). Asked my other friend that work at coco, and said they never charge for a remake.Once I got my drink I said thank you and apologized. The girl gave me a dirty look and my bf said when I turned my back he saw the girl rolling her eyes.LOL for asking me to pay $1 for a remake and the cup charge.

Service is prompt and fast! Always love coming here. The environment is also very clean.There’s also some outlets near the tables, for anyone wondering.

Never been to Coco’s before. We have the mango passion fruit slushie and the taro flavoured both with tapioca bobo and only 30% sugar. I felt it was average. The service and atmosphere were great though and the price was better than some other places I have been to.

Tried the taro tea with red bean- the red beans are way too sweet, although I ordered a without sugar drink but it still very sweet.
