Harvey's - Mississauga

The worst customer service ever, and the owner does not care. if they want to be in a bad mood, they go there, guaranteed dirty looks, condescending attitude and sub-moderate eating.

This harvey has a good crew of employees who cares for their customers with fast and careful service. for the regular lunch runs for me and sometimes also coworkers I am glad to bring my business here, even if they have a long line when I run in the door.

I have reviewed and found the Google reviews, there are many complaining about “Rude employees ”, but harveys does nothing to solve. Yesterday, I visited this one to eat something. I asked her to redeem my scenes. I don't know what she did, she said it didn't work. then I checked my points, and it was already redeemed. I went to her and showed her my testimony, yet she was not willing to accept that there were mistakes. I asked them to take correct ones, which says that "points rejected or something" but I have nothing. I called customer support and they said points were already redeemed and I have to talk to load. so disgusting. bad customer service. They ripped me off for $10.

A big big 0 **Pathetic customer service, unhygienic food and Rude employees…! **Are employees working for Free? If no, why it felt so?I have placed an order for 2 Can dine in combo, she needed to ask me which Bread (multigrain or regular) I’m interested in, but she did not. So before completion of a order, I asked her to make it multigrain bun, but she got mad and said “you need to tell me before order” .I mean, you are supposed to ask, not me. How would you decide without asking which Bun I’m looking for. Disgusting..!!! Moreover, still I got regular bun. Some of their employees were not even wearing gloves. So pathetic customer service. Never coming back to them..!!!Big big 0.

Listen the food was pretty mediocre.Ordered a ton of food but can you believe that the food wasn’t as fresh as it should’ve been? If i am waiting very long i expect great quality food. The washrooms were completely disgusting. How can you guys not clean them properly?
