Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I ordered a festive meal from Swiss Chalet for delivery at dinner time in December. We planned to have a family Zoom call to eat together while maintaining social distance. Unfortunately, Swiss Chalet was closed and we were not notified of any delays. We were left hungry and worried about not receiving our Christmas dinner. After attempting to contact them with no luck, the food finally arrived, though some of the containers had spilled and the cranberry sauce had leaked. The chicken and sides were standard, but the delivery experience was disappointing. Despite our love for Swiss Chalet chicken, I am hesitant to order from them again due to this experience. 1 star.

When I visit this restaurant, I find myself waiting for a long time just to be able to order. Even after finishing my meal, I have to ask for the bill and wait even longer. Whenever I get takeout, I always seem to encounter issues like stale rolls or missing items. Even with delivery orders, mistakes are almost guaranteed. I would not recommend coming here. It's disappointing to pay for food that is either stale, tough, or incomplete.

The dinner promotion at this restaurant includes delicious rolls, flavorful sauces, and tasty coleslaw as a side dish. It's a healthy option whether you choose to dine in or take out.

Good selection on menu, very fast service by friendly staff. will eat there again. no place to dessert this time. good place to take their family and friends for lunch or dinner or party.

This is a family restaurant frequented by seniors. Chicken must be there specialty. Had ribs dry and no taste. Walkin are ok. If you don’t want to cook and want cheap eats this is your place.
