Taco Bell - Missouri

Closed early but kept their online ordering system open. I understand staffing issues but it takes 0 effort to turn off Mobile Ordering and blocking a drive thru

We Ordered food. The staff gave us the wrong food and took it back in with an open taco, and thrown in a bag. The staff proceeded to ask what was wrong with it. One, it's not our order. Two staff yelling and cussing at one another. One staff punching boxes of supplies. Manager asked what was wrong and told him the problem, then we asked him for a refund, and the staff said when we get all the cars through the drive-through. This place I avoid now either their lobby is closed or they mess up my order I prefer the Gladstone location over this

Food was very good. Customer service was great and friendly.

As far as Taco bell goes, it's a good one. Grant it I only visit this one early in the morning but I love that I can get normal food all day. I have a disdain for most fast food brekkie.
