Starbucks - Modesto

I made a quick stop for a vanilla iced coffee and some water while I was waiting for the bus. I thought it was interesting that they used containers designed for hot drinks for their cold beverages and charged a few dollars for them.

This restaurant boasts a great location and offers reasonable prices. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, truly aiming to provide excellent service. While the coffee is enjoyable, I especially loved the peach green tea and kiwi lemonade. On the downside, the limited parking and restricted hours can be quite inconvenient, especially since they close early, making it difficult to stop by after work.

The drive-thru experience was quite perplexing, so I opted to go inside instead. I typically have a lot of patience with the baristas and staff, but my $9 drink was prepared incorrectly. When I pointed out that it seemed they forgot the frappé roast, they looked at me in confusion.

This Starbucks location is fantastic! I ordered through the app and was able to grab my drinks quickly while others were still in line. The staff is friendly and cheerful as well.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction (within reason, of course). Even though there's a closer location to my workplace, the team there doesn't offer the same warm welcome. I'm more than happy to spend a bit more time in my car to enjoy such excellent service. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the heavy traffic in the small parking lot. A special thanks to Daisy and Esme!
