Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI wish I could give this location zero stars. I went there on 4/24/2022 after a long drive from San Antonio to work in the oil field. As my husband was ordering, the lady at the speaker was cutting him off and asking him to repeat himself many different times. Once we got to the window, we were missing items and one of the burgers was made incorrectly. We had to back up back to the window to have this issue fixed. There was a man there at this point and he took the burger back to remake it. We told him how it should have been made and he handed us the burger and the missing mozzarella sticks at the same time. We left and realized that our drinks were also incorrect and the burger that was remade was made wrong again. We reached out to customer service and they said the store would contact us. They allow 3-5 business days for them to reach out to us. It has been two weeks at this point and no one has reached out or attempted to resolve this issue. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a Burger King. I will not be returning to this location and will let all my oilfield guys know how terrible the service is here.
They suck horrible management
