On food nothing to say, for the rest rude and incomprehensible attitudes of the owner when we asked for clarifications on the account not consistent with previously agreed figures. I'm upset.

I want to write what the restaurant managers made me live yesterday. It had to be a good day and they ruined it with their insults and their rudeness. They humiliated and insulted me and my husband by giving us letters of the “pitocks” only for having pointed out that we had charged an extra appetizer. They attacked us and offended us in front of all the patrons of the club. Their screams even felt outside especially those of the blonde lady who seems, reading reviews of others, and his way of dealing with customers. They yelled, by the way, to leave without paying. We, by wrong, did not do it and paid also what was not brought...but the saddest thing is that they will be convinced that they are in the right and that all the discussion was made to have made us pay the extra reach and they will certainly not understand, given their behavior, that behind there is much more.... In the end I wonder who are between us and them the real pitocchi???????????????????

Bad experience!!! The place has distinguished itself for the arrogance and profound maleducation demonstrated by the staff, especially the lady I presume is the owner. After a note moved because the account was wrong (although clear agreements had been made), they plastered choirs from the stadium and shouted in the face of my family to leave. There was no way of discussing civilly and solving the problem and, not to create further embarrassment, we paid more than due and we left. I read among the reviews that so many other people have been mistreated and that customers who have advanced criticism have been misled. We're really disgusted!

Owner very rude and rude, in asking for clarifications on the account not answering to what ordered we were insulted and hunted in bad way, in front of everyone, like dogs.. As I read in other reviews we were not the first, the owner should definitely work only in the kitchen where it seems that the thing works and leave the relationship with the user to...any other person.. ps.. drawn as well in the agendina people who are not welcome, I hope it fills soon..
