Need better training for some of the workers. They don't know how to apply BP rewards cards to your fuel transaction. Can be very slow... Dirty.

They no longer sell their iced coffee, even though many customers have requested that they continue offering it. The store owner seems indifferent to these concerns.

The staff at this restaurant are unprofessional. They charged me double for every energy drink on their buy one, get one offer. When I pointed it out, the employee brushed it off as if it weren't a big deal. Paying $16 for two drinks is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

The staff always seem to have a terrible attitude whenever I've visited, and they're quite rude to customers.
