Then 4 out of 9 of our family member were brought their food.We were assured the rest was on it's way.35 minutes later, the rest of us still had no food. We came to eat together, that was the whole point as life is busy and this is a rate treat to have dinner with all my kids and grandkids. Time going by, still no food. The other's have now eaten, and we sit there waiting. By this time, my daughter has to be at work.So we ask them to bag the food they never brought up to go...we never got to eat with the others. 15 mote minutes go by, still no food.Afyer already nicely speaking to the manager, I was met with rude looks and rude answers as to why we still have no food. Finally, we are ready to leave because this was the worst experience ever.Nobody was coming to our table at all. Finally, our waitress comes up to our table, slams the dinners for those of us who never got eat down on the table, utters a cuss word.Never even looked at us or apologized for her mistakes. Get to the counter to pay ,the manager took 20 bucks off the bill and was still so rude. Only to find out the meals we were forced to take to go had raw chicken in them. I left tears with no apologies. I am disabled and was disrespected so bad.I never raised my voice, but did speak up.So they were fully aware of how truly horrible this dining experience was Cracker barrel was always one of my favorites, but I will never eat here again. This is how they treat disabled people and their precious families! I was stunned at the blatant disrespect. We were treated as if we did something wrong for just wanting the food we ordered. The bus lady was the only nice person there that actually saw how awful they treated us. I will be calling corporate!
Usually the takeout here is at least ok. This time I put in an order for 2 fish dinners. When I arrived they only gave me 1 dinner because they ignored the quantity on the ticket. Instead of making me 2 fresh dinners, 1 sat on the counter for 20 minutes while I waited for the 2nd dinner. They gave me a free cole slaw for my inconvenience. So the 1st pieces of fish were soaked in green juice and no longer crispy when I got home. The second fish had been rushed and just wasn't crispy. Trying to heat them up didn't save them. I was really disappointed. I don't expect much from this location typically but the food is usually at least hot so i gave an extra star. This time there didn't seem to be any consideration at all.
I like the spicy catfish! Usually with fries, but I have tried their dumplings! So yummy!!
Kimberly is a great manager, even in the heart of a full restaurant she took time to check on her customers. Daniel was one of the best servers we have had!!!
Best non morning breakfast around, now that Bob Evans sold out
