El Paso Mexican American Cuisine

I stopped here today for my 10 hour break. The food at the mexican restaurant is great, they were very busy, all the tables had people, service is very good. The small c-store has a few things and beer. The c-store and the restaurant closes at 9:00pm. The convenience store opens at 6:00am, it does not have restroom for customers, the restaurant opens at 11:00am I think, and the restroom is for customers only (I think is a family restroom, I really didn?t feel comfortable going in with some other person, but it does have 2 sinks and 2 toilets) . Well, that leaves us (drivers) with a porta potty for the night. It?s a great place to park, so far it?s quiet. And do NOT leave trash ?behind the trlr or by the door as some are in the habit of doing?? The c-store lady asked only this from drivers.

Excellent. Try to stop anytime I'm down this way. Great food, good price. New store owners try to make truckers pay to park regardless if you stop to eat. Seems strange for a store who collects rent from a restaurant to intentionally run customers off by trying to rip truckers off.

I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. The food is always fresh and hot, and there's more than enough to satisfy your hunger. The cheesesteak is loaded with steak and cheese. Every dish we've tried has been fantastic. The service is good too. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more payment options.

The food was outstanding and fairly priced. I had lunch there yesterday, and it was just as delicious as before. My wife also really enjoyed her meal. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed Taco Tuesday, where the tacos were only $1.50 each. It's amusing how our dinner for my sister and me ended up costing about $23! However, it took a long time to check out, so they really need to improve their system.
