The Maroon Pig Art Gallery and Sweet Shop

After our visit to Shoreline Designs (a must-do), we came here for a snack. The daily special was the wrap and it was so good. We also all tried a sweet and they were all delicious. It's a very cute art gallery too.

This small family owned and run bakery Produces some of the best bread and baked goods found anywhere. The sweet treats are incredible and fresh made daily so get there early before they are sold out. We did not sample the frozen soups and entrees but based on everything else we experienced would expect they too are brilliant.

We stopped by on a recent trip to PEI from NS. Great sweets and some eclectic artwork to choose from. Fun!

What a charming place! I tried the most incredible brownie here. The items they offer are top quality. Unfortunately, the lunch special was already sold out, but it's no wonder considering how delicious the food is.

If you're looking for the best place on Prince Edward Island, if not in all of Canada, to indulge in homemade sweets and bread, look no further. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly.
