Starbucks - Monterey

Always a Good experience at this store. friendly staff and Greta drinks!

I was here on a Monday afternoon about 2 weeks ago while traveling, and I just want to say excellent job to the barista ?. I had the BEST brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso here, and I wish the barista here could train all baristas at all Starbucks locations because I was so impressed. This is my favorite drink, and I even had to stop going to Starbucks because of the lack of consistency in the drink and I started to make it myself at home (yes I got all of the equipment and made my own syrup). But this place restored my faith. Thank you for making the best brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso I've ever had

I have been coming to this Starbucks often within the past month or so because it's within walking distance of my apartment. The service and product fluctuate constantly. Sometimes they are friendly, helpful, quick, and get the order right.The past few times however have been enough where I'm writing this review. I was given the wrong flavor entirely in one drink after being the first one there at 5am and waiting almost 20 mins for one iced latte while drive thru was prioritized and my order was neglected. I was given the wrong type of milk (regular instead of oatmilk) twice in a row the last two times, so I had to wait about half an hour for my iced latte to be correctly made this time. The staff is cold with me most of the time, yet some are very good at what they do. The girl who remade my apple crisp latte today was very apologetic and kind about it at least.Im very on the fence about this starbucks, and expect inconsistency if you decide to go to this particular location. The apple crisp latte was delicious, but the service needs work here.

Today at morning August 17 I was the first custumer to arrive at store with more 3 friends, I had a bad experience. My order take a long to delivery and the employee who make the coffee was very rude...education 0. He said for me is better take a sit for wait...is more confort. Stupid guyBut the guy in the cashier was very nice person, congrats for him.

Nice Starbucks right nearby Del Monte beach.Big shared parking lot with plenty of spaces, also has drivethru.Big central indoor table other smaller tables inside, has 3 or 4 tables outside on patio too.
