Worse bbq I've ever tasted. And I lived in Kansas City. Pork is 80% fat, the nasty fat that should be in the trash. People and managers don't care. Never...
Delicious! My work catered some food for a going away of a co-worker and there was no leftovers! We tore it up. Great tasting food with sauces that bring...
The service and eating at jim n nick’s have deteriorated in the course of the years, but today was terrible. if I could, I would rate my visit to zero. I can't believe that the burned meat and the dirty potato salad I received today came from a restaurant I once loved so much. the owner must pay an anonymous visit at the location. the waiting period was at least 25 to 30 minutes in the drive-thru. it took 20 minutes to keep on the phone to get someone to share my care about eating. I was told that the manager was too busy to answer the phone.
The ribs and sides were very good and the facility looked very nice, clean and pleasant. our server was nice and pleasant, but not attentive enough for their tables. we had to ask for too many things that made our visit more pleasant. I'm just gonna tell her she's new. the other problem was the brisket soup. the taste was in order, but the texture was gone. the brisket itself was nothing but the ending of the fat. not a single piece of centered meat. I just didn't eat it because I didn't expect it. I had another brisket soup and that didn't even come close to what I had earlier. I'm not completely dissatisfied, so I'm ready to visit this facility.
