Every time I come to this store I either have my order done wrong or it is only done halfway or I get attitude.
The young lady that was passing out the food was very patient and nice. She even gave a smile (with her mask on)???? great customer service
I always believe that it is the employees who represent the place itself and not necessarily the place's name. People think of McDonald's as being a cheap fast food restaurant with lack of quality, but if the employees put effort into making their food look appetizing and actually listen to the customer's request and care about them and talk to them with respect , they would probably change their outlook. Most of the employees are high school kids too, but if they hired ones with people qualities and good grammar, so you can understand them, they would probably do better ,too.
The store is beyond nasty! I mean nasssty. Than their workers are always on their cell phones. The managers are always the ones doing all the work. But this store could really start learning how to clean and stay clean and people wonder how viruses are spread so easily... Well there ya go!
