In town for a basketball tournament. They were nice to restock the buffet at 1:30 even though it apparently closed at 2pm. Food was as expected for pizza ranch. Ice cream machine broken. Local demons hoarding entire trays of desert pizza didn't ruin our meal.
We came into enjoy a family meal, we stood at the counter for almost 10 mins before being rang up. A guy seen us emptying a chicken basket and we had asked if they’re open he said yeah and proceeded not to help. The pizza on the buffet looked awful. There was maybe 2 other tables with people so they weren’t busy. It was 615 when we got there. The chicken was bare pickings, mashed potatoes crusty and hard. Green beans looked dead and wrinkled. Our table not once got asked how we were doing or our plates cleared. The employees seemed to be more attentive to each other in the back then us and the other 3 tables that came in after us. There was one guy vacuuming and cleaning the party room by himself. Not impressed!
I always enjoy a good pizza ranch experience. Today was no different! The food was hot and the service friendly. My 3 year old daughter ate at least 4 pieces of chicken(thighs). I usually eat pizza and I did, but I decided to try their loaded Mashed potatoes and the fried chicken as well this time. It did not disappoint! Just passing through so I can't say we'll be back but I was thoroughly satisfied! 2 adults and 2 children and it cost us approximately $33 for our meal and drinks! Definitely worth it!
