Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy partner came and I arrived at C’Chocolat at 8:30 on a Saturday night, and while we were not expecting immediate service, we waited 20-ish minutes to have our order taken. The restaurant was rather full at the time, on staff were two more experienced waiters and a waitress who seemed new on the job.While the wait time is not the service staff’s fault, it does show some mismanagement on the part of the management team as three servers does not seem like an adequate amount of staff on a packed Saturday night, especially if one is in training.The waitress who was new on the job took our order and asked us which type of sauce we’d like with our order and gave us options, we chose a sauce assuming that this was part of the meal. Later we came to find that this was an extra 1.50$ on our bill. While the sauce was good and we didn’t mind paying the 1.50$ for the sauce, we had preferred if this extra charge was communicated to us, as we would not have had the sauce had we have known that it was an extra charge.I wish this business all the best, but we unfortunately did not have a great time.

The waffle black jack is just amazing ?. I definitely recommend it. The place is cosy and friendly. The staff are friendly and kind. If you are craving for something sweet this is definitely your place.
The waitress was very bad at her job, she misunderstood our order and gave us the wrong item but we let it slide, then she charged extra for the stuff that was supposedly included in the item (5$ for a gelato scoop that's included in the item description and that also tasted very bad not gelato). she wasn't very nice either and barely understanding. food was okay not wow (overpriced) and the atmosphere is kinda weird but lowkey which is what we wanted. definitely won't come back
The dish we ordered was really good, we got the c wow, but we found a pistachio with the shell on it and it almost broke a tooth, the shell was in the pistachio ice cream, We told the server and he offered extra ice cream. Eiad’s customer service was not best, as we asked for the bill and it took them 20 minutes to bring us our bill to only offer us 10% discount, it was very offensive, as the bill should have been paid by the restaurant in full, not offer extra ice cream or 10% off. It felt like they only care about the money. Which is sad cause the C wow was wow, but because you may lose a tooth if you don’t pay attention to what you are putting in your mouth.
