Isle de Garde - Montréal

I had a frustrating experience trying to cancel my reservation through the restaurant's phone number listed on the website. When my group of 6 arrived at 8pm, we were told there would be a wait. We were offered a standing table and a drink while we waited for almost 30 minutes. Once we were seated, it took almost 15 minutes for someone to take our order. However, our food arrived quickly and was beautifully presented. I enjoyed the skate salad with BBQ sauce, and my friends enjoyed their meals as well, except for the cheesecake dessert, which was the only option available. The waiter was kind enough to bring individual checks to our table.

Great beer, nice staff and fantastic atmosphere. the beer is well made with many selections with complex taste profiles. they will easily find a beer that appeals to their taste, as there is much on tap to choose. the interior is well decorated and...is a beautiful, inviting ambiente while entering with a welcoming fee that draws it to the bar topl. Eat is served here and the menus appear tasty and consist of sandwiches, small exchangeable tellers and salads.

Ende august I went with a few friends to eat and beer. we waited for about 10 minutes. we were little confused with the menu in French, but the staff was all friendly and helpful. the. space was full and we saw a constant flow of people between 6 and 9 o'clock. very popular place. we divided fries, tomatenteer tatin and calf meat. all were delicious, especially the tarte tatin. although the top side of the table can be limited to the counterseat bench (we had little fear to knock off a glass or a plate because the space was really narrow, but there was enough staff to take empty plates away from us when needed. this place is not suitable for stopping a large group, but overall we had a great experience.

It was a busy Tuesday with sunny weather when I visited this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the beer and olives were delicious. I highly recommend coming here for a fun time.
