Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe visited this restaurant on the last night of our four day stay in Montreux. We couldn't have been more delighted. It's quirky, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The staff were polite and very helpful and the menu was amazing. If you like good food beautifully cooked, beautifully presented and original then this is the place to go. We found the prices fairly reasonable for this part of the world!
This restaurant has it positive ratings fully deserved. We had califower soup, it was a delight in presentation and taste. As main dishes we had risotto with foie gras. A perfect préparation and original taste. Rounded up with white vine from Chablis. A perfect dinner. Also to mention the wide variety of the menu card. This all at very good prices.
Food is fresh, quality was amazing, a food lover destination! The room itself has high ceilings, very bright with all the white and is modern.
Another Tripadvisor restaurant recommendation, using the 'mid-range' filter, that has impressed. We booked a table for dinner, as another reviewer had mentioned how busy it was, and arrived on a Tuesday evening to find the place busy, but not packed full. We shared a starter of Salad Melee with prawns and main course Le Tartare Terre et Mer decouverte. The flavours were wonderful and the portion sizes just what we needed after a day of indulging. No room for desserts though. The wait staff impressed with their willingness to engage with us in English, even printing an English menu just for us. My first choice of beer, the Dr Gabs Chameau, was too fruity for my liking and the helpful waiter asked what beers I like in UK or US, for him to understand what different Dr Gabs beer I should try. I advised a Birra Morreti or Estrella and he returned with Dr Gabs Tempete, which was a lovely beer to enjoy with our meal. The restaurant layout was modern and funky, while still retaining the buildings original features, such as the ceiling. Great atmosphere! We loved our first experience so much we will definitely be back during our stay in Montreux.
I went with a group of colleagues to Cafe Tres and truly enjoyed our dinner. The set-up is simple and trendy and the menu offers a unique selection of items. I had the Risotto, which was full of flavour and super delicious. The service is friendly and fast and the over all experience is certainly one to repeat.
