Colarusso's Lapalazzo - Moosic

LA Palazzo was an excellent choice for dinner after my husband's memorial service. We had about 90 people. Everything was delicious. The staff was wonderful and considerate. The owners were easy to work with from scheduling to meal planning.

Beautiful ballroom. Staff is just amazing. I'd for sure use colarussos for an event.

We’ve been waiting almost 2 months for Joe the owner to refund our $250 deposit from our party that had to be cancelled due to the Covid pandemic. He said he would mail back the money but never did. So this is what I’m resorting to, shaming him on social media for bad customer service and horrible customer relations. If we were planning on rescheduling a party there, we’re not now. He cashed the check Jan 16, the day after he got it. The party was cancelled on March 16. We personally talked to him Apri 3 to see where the check was. Then after 3 phone calls, voicemails and emails, this is where I’m at.
